If you are looking for a Realtor who does only what is expected then don’t hire Lori Davis. If, however, you want to work with a Realtor who goes above and beyond in every aspect of buying or selling your home, then by all means, hire Lori Davis!
I was lucky enough to meet Lori Davis when she was hosting an open house at a listing I was interested in. As we were chatting at the open house, two things became very apparent: Lori Davis is extremely knowledgeable on all things home and real estate related, and Lori Davis is not only professional, but has a great personality. I was so impressed with Lori that I told her that day that if my partner and I decided to make an offer on the house, we would like her to represent us as our buyer’s agent. THAT is what a good impression Lori Davis made on me (as a side note, I work in real estate for a huge firm and know many qualified Realtors and Lori stood out among them.)
Lori Davis held our hand(s) throughout our entire buying process from making an offer, negotiating the best deal for us, financing, home inspection and finally closing. Her level of experience shone through and made us feel confident and as calm as one can when buying a house! She answered all of our questions - big and small, was in constant communication with us, helped us laugh when we needed it and shared warm hugs with us at the finish line.

We were looking to move back to the Northern Virginia area after a couple of years in Williamsburg. I needed a realtor that would work with me while I sold in Williamsburg, started a new job in DC, and transitioned from one place to another. Lori was an angel. She took a lot of the stress out of the move. She stayed on top of construction, keeping us in the look. She helped me pick floors, tile, etc. for my new home – more on that in a minute. She managed third parties for me – blind measurements, home inspector, etc. Wow . . . what a help. So greatly appreciated.
I found Lori through my online search for a new home in NoVa. I spoke with several realtors that either didn’t know the area well or that were simply interested if we could close a purchase immediately. Lori impressed me when I first spoke with her. She knew the area well and was more than willing to spend time with us to understand exactly what we were looking for. When she realized that due to the tight housing stock that it might take forever to find something in the price range we were looking for, she recommended taking a look at building a home – exactly what we ended up doing. And Lori has made the experience almost fun. Again, she has been wonderful.
